MEGA 104.3 JAMZ is devastated to hear about the tragic Maui Lahaina wildfires and the effects of destruction it has done on the people of Maui. The wildfires that swept through parts of Maui last week are now the deadliest in modern U.S. history, killing more than 100 people and leaving behind a path of destruction that will require billions of dollars in recovery efforts. As crews search for hundreds of missing people, the death toll is rising day by day and a housing crisis is unfolding for survivors. Our very own Lady La, and business owner of Mahalo Made, personally has been affected by this tragic disaster and has organized a relief fund to donate to families she knows that need help on the island.
